We offer a 6 month warranty on our amber jewellery. This covers damage to any clasp or bead not through general wear and tear.
In the first instance please email us to notify of any issue, we will then advise the best course of action. We want you to be completely happy with your Amber Babe purchase!
All refunds will be provided (with proof of purchase) as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) working days upon receipt of the returned merchandise and will exclude shipping costs.
